• to improve the service they provided to clients by offering local expertise on a global scale.
• to facilitate a seamless and coordinated approach to each client’s Human Resources issues and challenges, regardless of where in the world they arise; thereby enabling Ius Laboris members to provide top quality local, regional or global legal solutions to their clients.

Timely, accurate and effective management of all matters referred between Alliance members is key to ensuring quality and building trust within Ius Laboris and with clients.  Because quality is paramount, Ius Laboris conducts an annual 360° quality survey. This survey ensures that our members conform to the quality standards established by the Alliance.

Our members respect their ethical and legal responsibility to protect confidentiality when an Alliance member refers a client matter, or otherwise requires the service of another Member. This responsibility to protect confidentiality is also a fundamental term of our Code of Conduct.
