..................................................................................................................................................................................PRK Partners, formerly Procházka Randl Kubr, is a leading law and tax firm in the Czech Republic. It provides a full range of legal services of a high professional standard in employment, banking, financial, corporate, tax, commercial and property matters to international and domestic clients.
PRK Partners was established in 1993 and has grown steadily to keep up with the demand for its services. In 2005 PRK Partners opened a branch office in Slovakia. In fall 2008 the firm announced its merger with Hungarian law firm BELLAK & PARTNERS, permitting a full range of services to clients throughout Central Europe. In January 2009, the original association of attorneys of Procházka Randl Kubr transformed into a limited-liability company with full name PRK Partners s.r.o. advokatni kancelar (PRK Partners, Attorneys at law).
Thanks to the educational backgrounds and work experience of its lawyers, PRK Partners offers an international perspective, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the rapidly evolving Czech legal system and business practices. PRK Partners serves its clients in Czech, Slovak, English, German and French, providing advice on Czech and Slovak law.
PRK Partners' clients include major international and domestic banks, hotels, commercial, industrial and service corporations, international agencies as well as individual investors and entrepreneurs.
With a view to its clients' growing awareness of the significance of employment law and its impact on their businesses and an ever-increasing number of requests for assistance in this area, in the summer of 2003 PRK Partners established a dedicated employment law department to provide specialised advice in this field. The employment law team, which is probably the largest in the Czech Republic, consists of three full-time attorneys and two associate attorneys, who have extensive experience with handling cases in all fields of employment law and human resource management, including the employment of foreigners, employee benefits, dispute resolution and litigation.
The department serves a wide range of clients, with a focus on larger employers. The most common matters that we advise on include secondment of employees within the EU, individual and collective redundancies, protection of employee personal data, transfers of undertaking, discrimination cases, and the adoption of employment law documentation, including contracts for top management of Czech-based companies and subsidiaries of multinational companies. In co-operation with our new tax department, we have extended our services to also cover employment law tax matters.
In 2007 and 2008, the “PLC Labour and Employee Benefits Handbook” evaluated PRK Partners as a leading law firm in the area of employment law. In the 2008 edition of “Chambers Europe”, PRK Partners ranked in Band 1 under employment law firms.
In addition, the employment law department regularly offers its clients free information services, including an Employment Law Update, which is issued every two months in Czech and English versions, and regular seminars on new subjects in employment law or other issues requested by clients. Members of the employment department regularly publish their articles in numerous employment law journals.
Our team advises in Czech and English.

I am very impressed by the quick and efficient responses that I have received from Ius Laboris firms. It is reassuring to know that my business is important to these firms and that the alliance really works.
