Another contributing factor to this development is the fact that Norrbom Vinding provide advice primarily to companies – public as well as private – and rarely to employees. This assures that the advice is targeted at the management of companies and that conflicts of interest between clients are therefore usually avoided.
Furthermore, Norrbom Vinding always aim in each case to develop their legal advice through constant dialogue with the client. This is achieved not merely by focusing on the legal aspects, but also by taking the company’s culture, tradition and relationship to the employees into consideration before advice is provided.
