The Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit has lawyers from both the Business and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Departments. The Unit is experienced in advising on and addressing the multitude of issues that arise as a result of the employer/employee relationship and it has considerable experience in representing employers before all tribunals and courts. The lawyers in the Unit are also noted contributors to conferences and journals that cover employment-related subjects.
Michael Kavanagh, a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, is head of the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit.
Our Pensions and Employee Benefits expertise is headed by Fiona Thornton who is a partner in the Business Department. Fiona and her colleagues are widely experienced in this field and advise on all aspects of pensions and employee benefits matters.
