Since its foundation, Norcous & Partners has grown to be a medium-sized law firm in the country, with 14 associate lawyers and 2 partners. All lawyers are professionals who studied at leading universities in Europe and North America and who begun their career at other leading Lithuanian law firms and audit companies.
Norcous & Partners deal with all employment related matters, from counselling to litigation, as well as with social security, employee benefits and tax. The team also regularly organises seminars on employment law topics.
Norcous & Partners maintains close Fenno-Baltic relationships through RoschierRaidla, a new four-party cooperation between Norcous & Partners and leading law firms Roschier Holmberg in Finland, Lejins Torgans & Vonsovics in Latvia and Raidla & Partners in Estonia. The RoschierRaidla entity is the ius laboris member for the region.
