”As head of the group, Else Bugge Fougner is seen as something of a powerhouse, “an extremely strong litigator and adviser, competent and most proficient .” Sources appreciate her way of “explaining things perfectly and with clarity .” Kristel Heyerdahl has particular expertise representing individuals. Up-and-comer Claude Lenth is evidence of the team’s strength at all levels; he is editing an employment and HR resources manual aimed at company leaders and HR managers. Recently joined from Wiersholm, another up-and-comer Alex Borch is commended for his proficient handling of cases and solutions-driven approach: “He kept the climate just right and managed to find the best solution."
I am very impressed by the quick and efficient responses that I have received from Ius Laboris firms. It is reassuring to know that my business is important to these firms and that the alliance really works.
