Discrimination

The Discrimination Practice Group focuses on all forms of prohibited employment discrimination in all terms and conditions of employment. Its members meet regularly to study trends in emerging issues, types of claims, prevention methods, compliance tools, dispute resolution methods and recent litigation.  

By advising and training managers and HR professionals, we assist our clients in avoiding illegal discrimination through the recognition, prevention and remedy of discriminatory practices.

At the annual Ius Laboris Congress, the Discrimination Practice Group often presents a seminar on a hot topic to the rest of the members as well as clients. Recent subjects include Preventing Sexual Harassment, Islam in the Workplace, and Age Discrimination.

In spring 2012 two new publications were launched covering Discrimination in the Americas and Sexual Harassment Prevention.
