Inês Reis heads the employment team of Pedro Pinto, Bessa Monteiro, Reis, Branco, Alexandre Jardim & Associados. For more than 13 years she has concentrated her practice in employment law, social security and employee benefits. She has extensive experience in handling hiring negotiations, advising on the implementation of codes of conduct, as well as on restructuring and dismissal issues, transfer of undertakings and collective bargaining.

The firm’s clients include national and foreign private companies, ranging from multinational to smaller companies, from very different areas of activity, ranging from banking to construction, telecommunications, oil industry and pharmaceutical, among others.
