Ius Laboris'Italian Member Firm Toffoletto e Soci Merges with Studio De Luca Tamajo

Toffoletto e Soci has finalised an agreement to merge with Studio del Prof. Avv. Raffaele De Luca Tamajo, a leading Italian employment law firm, to create the largest employment law firm in Italy.

Prof. Raffaele De Luca Tamajo is a preeminent Professor of Law. He teaches in Naples, is Chairman of AIDLASS (An association of academics and lawyers in the employment field), is a Member of the Board of AGI (The Italian Employment Lawyers Association) and has participated in many technical committees set up by the Government for employment issues. Prof. Raffaele De Luca Tamajo also runs an important italian scientific employment law magazine.

With around 110 lawyers, the new firm will be the largest employment law firm in Italy. The firm will offices in Milano, Bergamo and Napoli, and will soon open an office in Rome.

From the 1st January, the new firm will be "Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci".

On 28 September, Ius Laboris won the 2011 European Network of the year award at The Lawyer awards ceremony held at the Grand Hotel Kempinski in Geneva. The judges noted in particular the Alliance's focus on quality and the impact it has made over the last 10 years.
