Ius Laboris launches two new International Guides:
- Discrimination Law in the Americas: gives an overview of the laws prohibiting employment discrimination in the Americas. As the subject of employment discrimination has seldom been examined on a hemispheric basis, this Guide endeveors to provide citations so that the reder who deisres to check particular statutes or cases can pursue concepts in greater depth.
- Sexual Harassment Prevention: is an international Guide for employers to preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. The Guide outlines the rules for each country, with the aim of being a ready reference for the busy human resources or in-house legal practitioners.
