Even fewer do this as thoroughly as Ius Laboris. It is the founding principle on which the Alliance was built. These standards were recognised as a major contributor to our winning The Lawyer's (European) Network of The Year Award. When recruiting a Member to represent a new jurisdiction, our dedicated team carries out a thorough due diligence on all candidates. After firms join Ius Laboris, we apply the same strict quality control measures to ensure that high standards continue to be met. We operate a continuous Quality Programme with all member firms including an annual review of each member and affiliate. Our evaluation is based on in-depth discussions with member firms about their own performance and that of their fellow members. We measure standards against Key Performance Indicators including project management and billing which we believe are essential to delivering a seamless service worldwide.
