Emanuela Nespoli

Emanuela has been practising law since 1996, and has held rights of audience in the Italian Supreme Court since 2010. She has particular experience in compensation and benefits, company restructuring and pensions. She is the Chair of the firm’s ‘Flexit’ team, dedicated to assisting companies with early retirement programmes, as well as the Co-chair of the firm’s restructuring team.

Emanuela often works on international matters that involve multi-jurisdictional operations and cross-border HR projects, giving domestic employment law advice to major Italian and foreign multinational companies in many industry sectors. In addition to chairing the Ius Laboris Compensation & Benefits Expert Group, she is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association and serves on the Executive Board for its Lombardy Regional Chapter. She is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association. She has been consistently recognised and ranked by international legal directories, including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Who's Who Legal and Best Lawyers.
